Individual 60-90min Session - $150-$180

Medicare rebates of $87.25 available per session for up to 10 sessions (per year) with Mental Health Care Plan. Fees can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis in particular, for healthcare card holders. Please contact to discuss.

Each individual therapy session offers a confidential, compassionate space for you to explore your experiences and emotions at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense of disconnection, therapy provides the opportunity to gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy, sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your emotional wellbeing, and reconnect you with your values and sense of self.
 

You’ll leave each session with:

  • Greater understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns

  • Practical tools for managing emotions and stress

  • Increased self-awareness, confidence, and inner calm

**Fees reflect the time, preparation, and clinical support required for therapy sessions, including those that integrate EMDR and other trauma-focused approaches. These sessions may extend beyond the standard 50-minute session length to allow for safe processing, grounding, and integration of therapeutic work.
