Fees & Payment Requirements
Session Fees:
• Standard Counselling Session (60 mins): $150
• EMDR Trauma Processing Session (90 mins): $180
*Fees can be negotiated on a case-by-cases in particular for those experiencing financial hardship or who have a Centrelink Healthcare Card
Payment Requirements:
• Payment required on the day.
• EFTPOS, credit card, or bank transfer accepted.
• Medicare rebate processed after payment.
• NDIS invoicing aligned with plan.
• Outstanding accounts must be settled before future bookings.
Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Non-attendance without notice also incurs a 50% fee.
• Extenuating circumstances will always be considered such as sudden illness, family circumstances etc. Please contact to discuss.
• Invoice must be paid before further appointments can be booked.
